Russia deliberately neutered their operations in order to minimize civilian casualties, and they were branded as both “impotent and inept failures” and “‘metaphysically evil genocidal monsters”.

Israel just bombs hospitals and kills thousands of kids in order to take out their enemies, and if you cry foul you are accused of anti-Semitism and branded a terrorist sympathizer.
