I don't even think he's a tranny. It's just an overweight male who's made himself ugly, and is probably "gay" or "pansexual" or "genderfluid" or something. I looked him up, and he seemed like a normal dude years ago. Possibly autistic (he is a game dev, after all!), which seems to be especially susceptible to this sort of brainwashing. But yeah, he's just a dude who's surrounded himself with too many retards, taken on too much ideology, and gone too far down the rabbit hole.
Just like he's making the game for Modern Audiences, he reformulated his appearance and personality for Modern Audiences too.
Kind of both, sounds like. Check my other comment for links, but it looks like he was an indie dev some years ago. Also, this was apparently him.
That's the only thing I'll give him credit for; it looks like, mental health and uglification aside, the dude moved up in the world in a big way. Went from a solo dev with essentially zero footprint*, to a senior designer at a big company. Worth it? Not for me, but it's still a fairly impressive journey, and I can appreciate that.
* A $0.99 game with an all time Steam peak of 376 players, and another game with a peak of 2 and very mixed reviews. Also, not hating on that, for the record. Good for him for making his own stuff, and he presumably was passionate about it. Not hate at all on that front.

Is he a game dev or a writer?
