That's why wey gatekeep, now explain what that has to do with old anime like Haruhi "programming" people
Think back to 2009 - /b/, what was really popular there? Waifus? "It's a trap!"? Etc? Every degeneracy you could think of was present and infront of impressionable teens; adjacent to this you had /a/, and among the recommendations of the times was Haruhi. You already had a caustic psychosocial admixture going on, especially in shambles that remained of the family unit. The problem is not expressly Haruhi itself, but rather the cultural forces that guide you to Haruhi.
They are bombarded with this character and others as parasocial online personas, in many perverse forms mind you. It becomes memetic to partake of this. The psychosocial/psychosexual becomes parasocial; and this is extremely dangerous territory.
They fall deeper into the spell of their various pseudo tribes and acquire the requisite affirmation that every human being desires. Over the years this has become weaponized. As the culture has shifted there has been this undercurrent of grooming. What I am suggesting is that malignant cultural forces have taken full advantage of the momentum of this type of medium; they know that we don't have the cultural immune system for a lot of it and all of the adjacent surroundings have been furnished to habitate this preferred behavior.
The anime-to-troon pipeline is this; they've taken the heroic archetypes that have empowered young men to transition from one phase of life to the next for as long as stories have been a part of our lexicon and feminized them over and over and over until the ideal they carry isn't that of a masculine archetype at all, from there they are introduced to more and more degeneracy. You remove the father figure and all rites of passage, this is what you get. They cannot imagine themselves as men, so they cling to these things; eventually they want to be perceived as these archetypes. Psychologically it is something akin to wolves being domesticated into chihuahuas, but through the anime pipeline.
