Well, yeah? I would say that yes, airing DBZ is good at that, but I don't think they latinos are always good example for other cultural memetics - they're practically synonymous with "tranny". The origin of that manifestation remains a mystery, but I have read the hypothesis that this was an agenda set into motion by big pharma and the makeup industry. Pretty interesting.
