It's still so bizarre to see him now so dismissive of "swamps and establishments."

He's dismissive of it as an argument for Trump. You can't say "Trump will drain the swamp" after he's been President for four years and didn't drain the swamp. Trump was better than most, but if he was the man you need he would still be President.
