What the fuck does the "presumption of innocence" to do with anything? It's literally on video and as long as you don't name anyone (cause it could be their twin brother on video) you don't even shame someone?
I mean I could maybe get their argument of privacy. But wouldn't that require the other person suing me or can a third party start this? Cause "Yeah, I'm on your property and I'm stealing your shit and you recorded me" doesn't sound that bad to me. Sounds like a confession.
