Apex Legends. It's not really supposed to be Aerith but a costume for one of their characters you can buy. I don't know why, but I think the juxtaposition of Aerith and this one (Horizon) is what somehow woke people up to how insanely ugly she is.
That's the Mary Sue Aerith costume. She can defeat Sephiroth without anyone's help and walk away grumbling about having to save the world because nobody else could get the job done.
