i heard the police say "skin color" and then nod at the end. i was under the impression that the police got so annoyed with him constantly saying that its becase of this skin color that they said "sure yeah its because of your skin color" because earlier on they shook their head and said its not because of skin color but later on they nodded to him saying it is skin color .
