We're not missing anything because the US is getting all of the same problems. It's just way larger so there are a shrinking number of decent areas still remaining. They are on borrowed time though.

The problem isn't us not listening to you. It's you not listening to us. You seem to think that cozying up to the US is actually good. It's not. Everything the American empire touches turns to shit, including itself.
