Maybe its because if they said "anti jew" instead it would make them more obvious when the elites who keep complaining about "racism and antisemitism" instead kept complaining about "racism and anti jewish"
that's probably it, even just saying "jew" makes them recoil "I've been found out!" it might have worked if they threw the rest of the middle easterners some bones and included them in the victims of antisemitism sometimes, but even the normies can see it's only used by jews for jews, it's just something the mind automatically translates like how "Asian" in uk articles are automatically translated as pajeets and pakis
