School shootings are relatively rare in Russia, which has strict gun laws, but have become more common in recent years

Oh, did they loosen gun laws? No? Then what's the connection, journo scum? Why mention it and imply it's responsible for low shootings, if shootings have been increasing? Watching journos try to report on anything gun related is both annoying and hilarious.
