We will see, from the paper it looks like IBM was dumb enough to make it public that either management / HR discriminates or they are getting fired.
I assume the defense is going to be that they've not committed a crime since you can't prove that they did discriminate.
Is the equivalent of me saying to someone I have power over to kill someone, that person dies but you can't prove that the person I told to kill the victim did it.
We've had some back and forth on this before but you can see now why whites getting tribal needs to happen. We can't be the only ones that are not tribal.
I'm not saying anything to the extent of white nationalism but to actually defend our rights the same as every other minority does, keep in mind that whites are going to be a majority minority soon, And push at the destruction of our history for change.
