Correct me if I'm wrong, but they should still own all the data. The host can terminate their access to the domain, but the data always remains the property of the entity that was running the site.
I don't know how the data would be returned, but I'm pretty sure the law in every western country says it's their property.
Jersh will probably have to initiate legal action to get it back, which I'm not certain he can actually afford. Kiwifarms has pissed off a huge swathe of the establishment on both the left and the right, and friends and allies are hard to come by. He'll have to appeal to free speech absolutists to help fund any lawsuits if that's what happens.

His site is running right now on the other domains, but hopefully he keeps backups so he can salvage the site incase of other attacks.
