So I've decided to be random and I thought I'd give the dating app hinge a try as it seems to be the least worse option I can see and it does seem to have some somewhat real looking profiles on it.
I wonder if any guys have been in this situation, but have you noticed how many of them constantly list travelling to <Insert exotic country> on their bucket list or they actually want a boyfriend to come with them and do it. Now I'm not against that for a holiday at all or anything like that but it seems like these women actually want to do it on the regular and these are women in their 30's.
It's not even an outlier thing either because this is clearly a trend but it made me realise how much I'm working currently. Do they honestly not realise that most guys are fucking broke and working their arses off to keep a roof over their heads? Most of them can't afford to go jet setting across the world which explains why they only end up going after the usual stereotypes that they hate and end up being cum dumpsters.
I just found it baffling, not the first time I've been weirded out by the normies.
My mom and stepdad constantly go on cruises, and they can't understand that I don't want them to buy me one. Some people really do think that's fun.
My mother was just on this...

and STILL is trying to convince me after telling me all about how it was limping along and passengers were out on restriction how great they are. Some people just like things you don't.
My son told my mother she's not allowed to go on The Flying Titanic, and my mother acted like that was an advertisement. For a flying ship with the name Titanic.
Okay in her defence, the sea experience is going to be way different as a passenger of a civilian than being shoved in a cot the whole way :D
Many cruiseships are essentially just a floating buffet.
Cruises are a decent way to get places that are otherwise hard to get to. Like, I did the inside passage in Alaska, which is cheesy AF, but I also haven't been back to any of those places. Cuz it's fuckin hard to get there otherwise. I don't regret that trip.
It's mostly terrible, though. Wherever you go, there are too many people that you came with.
For instance, when I go to Islands sometimes, if the cruise ships are in you avoid their terminal like the plague.
