We live in a time period where is fine to discriminate against white people in jobs, at jobs and in education. Do you know how annoying it is to deal with affirmative action hires at work? They do in a few month what the rest have to do in one week and we can't complain about it without being sent to HR. But you want to expel the mythical anti-non-white racist.

I've only seen favoritism towards black people and every experiment showed that black people have been getting special treatment for 40 years.

Granted I only took in to account white vs black, there are a lot of racism of Chinese vs black or other minorities vs blacks. No stats, just how openly I see Asians are about not liking black people. Considering how black people were attacking Asians not long ago is kind of understandable. It was funny to see the #stopasianhate go away as soon as people realized that it was black people doing it and not whites.
And I don't care what ever reddit made fever dream you had about racism against blacks, there is little to no such racism in todays society. Because when that happens people get canceled.
Only racism that is acceptable today is against white people and is being cheered for.
As for the blacks, Indians and Chinese being racist, is a mix of studies showing that in-group preferences by race, whites being the only ones with an outer-group bias and personal experience from working with Indians for more then a decade. Also lets not forget how many black people consider "white lives matter" unacceptable.
