Racism and discrimination against black people is almost not existent in todays society.
I told you before, white people are the least racist demographic, black and indians are unapologetic racists.

Means that black people discriminate against white people in jobs and Indians are even worse, at least Indians discriminate against everyone except Indians and they have no moral issue about it. Chinese are not far behind.
However you focus on the mythical anti-black racists among white people, at most you will get people mention racial statistics by race and how it is better to not live in heavy black areas.
Mean words on a forum with 100 users is not the same as having a society where anti-white racism is encouraged, where you can discriminate against us, where our culture and history is constant under attack.

Granted I only took in to account white vs black, there are a lot of racism of Chinese vs black or other minorities vs blacks. No stats, just how openly I see Asians are about not liking black people. Considering how black people were attacking Asians not long ago is kind of understandable. It was funny to see the #stopasianhate go away as soon as people realized that it was black people doing it and not whites.
And I don't care what ever reddit made fever dream you had about racism against blacks, there is little to no such racism in todays society. Because when that happens people get canceled.
Only racism that is acceptable today is against white people and is being cheered for.
As for the blacks, Indians and Chinese being racist, is a mix of studies showing that in-group preferences by race, whites being the only ones with an outer-group bias and personal experience from working with Indians for more then a decade. Also lets not forget how many black people consider "white lives matter" unacceptable.

Well here's the problem with that logic. if a woman get's sexually harassed. and the company she's working for has powerful lawyers. a good rep, etc... it would take her months if not years! to fight this. and contrary to popular believe. society has a whole doesn't have a believe all women mindset.

Again racist comments online are meaningless, I don't care if someone calls me a white devil or what ever online, I care about having my rights and job protected, I care about my kids having a fair shot in the world, I care because working in a place that actively discriminates against me is bad for my health. I care when a black guy kills a bunch of white people while having anti-white messaging on his computer is not treated as a hate-crime but any white on black crime is first considered a hate crime and then decided.
