They are pushing Miles so hard that it's making it annoying despite being a decent character, just not the Peter Parker Spider-Man.
Think the ONLY character I accepted taking the title of the original character was Terry McGinnis.
He is only a “decent” character in the animated movies. Miles is a shit character everywhere else. Nobody even gave Miles Morales the time of day until the movie.
