This sounds more like the defence lawyer going mentally 'my client is 100% guilty on camera caught gasoline handed attacking a company and people that are cherished, it could only be worse if he attacked a puppy shelter

I'll just argue no death penalty as most I can do, not even OJ Simpson's lawyer could do anything with this!'
