Who isn't broke as fuck? Literally every nation on earth has enough debt to last the next 100 years. I'll put bets on russia who actually harvest carbon energy sources which are the source of all industrial wealth.

Meanwhile the collective west doubles down on climate change as a way to off ramp even more energy supplies.
