I have doubts, this may just be a propaganda in itself because people lost focus/ support for Ukraine.

I expect the CIA will try to take Putin out if Russia's victory was certain.

It is. If you read the article it implies Ukraine is losing basically because they aren't trying. Also Glumpf can't get elected because he would stop aiding Ukraine and that's bad
