Anecdotal but as the resident swamp dweller I can convey that I recently got hit with what felt like the Chinese bio-weapon. It knocked me on my ass for a couple weeks, but when I finally broke down and went to the doctor they just prescribed flonase and nyquil and that did the trick. Cleared up the symptoms long enough for me to actually get a good night's sleep at which point my was able to begin recovery.
