How fucking retarded do you have to be to be the leader of a country - or any other high profile individual - and just do this shit in public?

That's the weirdest part. These people get caught cheating or in other scandals all the time, but to make it this fucking easy? What was he thinking? There were tons of people around, some actively filming!
