Out of all the lessons the FBI could've learned from Miami-Dade, the one they latched on to was standardizing their sidearms to 10mm, all because one agent's 9mm bullet was only 1mm one inch away from hitting the gunman's heart. Except 10mm was too much for the bitch wrists in the FBI to handle, so they compromised with .40 S&W, which lacked the power of proper 10mm and blew up the 9mm retrofits they tried to shove it in.
It's a complete bureaucratic circus, which would be funny if their incompetence didn't also get people killed.
