Total war was always a thing up until recently. "war crimes" are redundant. Nevertheless, Russia has been charged as such for far less than Israel is doing.

Its not clear what anyone expects from Gaza though. They can't leave, they can't be independent. If everyone there is trapped in an open-air prison, why not just arm up with knives and clubs and fight for freedom? Point fingers all you want, it's hard to blame them.

It's testament to the jews spitefulness and vengefulness they make so many enduring enemies. In the US we stomp our foes into the dirt, then give them lots of money and become best friends. Like the mafia guy who has his muscle break your legs, then tosses some cash at you. It's hard to understate how much people hated Germany and Japan, but that was gone in at least a generation. Israel needs to work on their Hegemon skill tree.
