Last time I legitimately had amazing customer service might have been 20 years ago.

About 5 years ago I bought some suits from one of the bigger chains (in the middle of a major city, no less) and got what I would consider "amazing" customer service. It probably helped that I was the only customer in the store and was spending several hundred dollars, but as much as I hate that area I'd definitely shop there again if I had to be there.
