I mean there are, but they very rarely engage in the "competitive" games as when they do they get crushed, with pubg being the latest example of this (tldr: they had an all-female team in the minor leagues of I think china, who across the entire year/more than 100 maps finished with a single kill which only happened because they 4-person rushed a building and suicided to get it).
