To be honest I missed that, but it really didn’t strike me as a specific “accusation” against you (despite the wording) but more an attempt to understand what is behind the manipulation of the report function (bad actors on alt accounts trying to “get back” at people they’ve lost arguments to - which does ring somewhat true but I don’t think it’s the whole story nor motivation).
