The profession of making games was invaded by the same indoctrinated college educated professional class as every other industry was. The people who started to put post modernism into games in the late 2000s and on were the college grads of the late 90s and early 2000s, who were taught by professors who were themselves indoctrinated by the 60s and 70s radicals who went into academia in the 1980s.
This is why the GG fight rapidly spread to the overall culture at large, because the same corrupt woke ass holes that infested gaming journalism were everywhere, in private industry and government administration.
