From the Vice article she linked:

Around 40 people affiliated with the National Justice Party, a white nationalist and antisemitic group, gathered in front of the White House to protest Israel last weekend.

I don't know about these other groups, but the NJP was actually there at the White House. I can't link to them here so you will have to take my word for it.
