Zionists consider the entire planet Israel's territory so, yes. But seriously, the immigrations policies that allow them to enter and stay are the way are in large part because of Zionist influence. They can't dump Muslims there if the policies aren't set to allow it. I don't know how many come from places like Syria, but it is a lot of them.
