They clearly knew they couldn't defend calling Libs of Tik Tok an extremist in court and that they were in line to make another large payout. After all, all she does is repost stuff that insane Leftists have already posted themselves.

I take your general point, but in the two cases of Maajid Nawaz (muslim) and Chaya R. (jew) they sued because they didn't get a pass.
