Being considerate to the meaning of the word, which we all know these chucklefucks aren't in the first place, that's still possible with the whole "dead bedroom" situation. Sure he has 4 kids so he's had sex, but he could very well not be getting any now.

This nuance is irrelevant to the sperging by his detractors, however.
