to be fair, asians are almost never in high numbers (percentage-wise) in most places in America. Is it even more than 10% Asian in wherever this area is?

Where they have any political power, it's typically through the Democrats. Asians run as Republicans all the time but in a race-agnostic way. They're not running because this is Chinatown, and they're Chinese. That structure, where it exists, is Democratic.

Doesn't sound mutually exclusive to me. And based on what time has taught us, those 10% Asian-Americans probably still all voted for Biden regardless.
