Isn't it up to, like, the players to create their own characters who may or may not be autistic, quadriplegic, blind, transgender, etc;
That was the whole point of the game in the beginning - not these spoon fed stories.
And D&D never split "race" stats based on color of skin... you had humans and orcs and dragons and elves and dwarves, etc;
