Laws are only enforced against a population that takes it up the ass. Muslims strike back like rabid dogs and will give it to you and your women in every hole they can find, and they are not shy about using sharp instruments to make more holes.

Only 3 populations pay them back in kind. Only one of those is considered 'West'.
