Yeah, I've been using Unhook for ages, it's amazing and I can't recommend it enough. You can turn on or off all the elements as you choose. I've hidden the sidebar entirely, so get no related videos at all.

I've been using BlockTube for a while, it really does work wonders.

Just be careful, as it's surprisingly easy to block people you didn't mean to. You can even block yourself.

At least undoing it is just a couple of clicks in the extension.
