Let's not forget that Marin from Dress Up Darling is a literal self insert for the author, and half her motivation behind the series is to justify going out and learn about fashion, makeup and cosplay that she is terrible at but wants to come across as researched when writing.

So that "woman liking a man" is literally a female author drawing her own fantasy story.

Which becomes obvious after the first dozen or so chapters when the POV switches from him to her. Because instead of a nervous anxiety ridden wreck, you have a giant man with gianter hands (that he is super good with) that is super into her hobbies and is incredibly gentle when handling her while also being loyal to a fault to her above anyone else. This is all while having an incredibly skilled and impressive career on the side despite being in high school.

Gojo is just a straight up Gary Stu character meant for girls to jerk off to. All his flaws are there to make him seem "attainable" and "cuter" instead of ever actually holding him back.
