It's because they're allowed to just spew off without anyone questioning them and this seems to be what constant coddling does to a person, I can't imagine being like this. It does explain to a degree though why they have such massive freakouts if someone sits them down and tries to make them think because they really have lived like this their whole lives.
Also, I love how she hasn't picked up at all that in Asian societies politeness is often practised as a formality, just because they're saying hi to you and and shit doesn't mean they've accepted you. It varies from culture to culture but the Japanese take that kind of passive-aggressive behaviour to the extreme lol.
