By that twisted logic no war has ever been a war. Half of Germany were women and children, and so was half of every other country in WWI.

I mean children. not women and children. There's a difference.

And you are talking about countries. I'm talking about a ghetto with no escape with 1 million adults and 1 million children. Even rapefugees coming to Europe are allowed to jump on a boat without getting blown up.
