Ehh, sweden law is not very good with is usage of hate crime laws among other things. But this is not swedish court instead it is a swiss court.

Eh. Not your fault for the OP being weird and putting the wrong country in the title.

I have absolutely no idea how Sweden got there considering it's a Swiss court, happened in Switzerland and news is from a website called SWISSINFO.
