Rape against men tend to fall into the two following scenarios: the man becomes so intoxicated that he doesn’t know what’s going on or can resist, or the man is forceably attacked. The former scenario is where women are the perps but men can be the perps too. I’ve had cases with an intoxicated male victim and a male perp. The latter scenario is almost always a male perpetrator.
