I'm sure this is just amazing police work (or the most basic of basic) finally catching a real criminal and totally not a distraction to get people talking about something irrelevant instead of all the really bad politics going on.
As I said elsewhere, this is either a desperate attempt to reach out to American blacks; or it is the act of many of the Black National Socialist terrorists from the 1970's who have gotten into institutional power, using that power to go after the killer of one of their own. Tupac might not have been a terrorist, but he was a big money maker and cultural icon for the terrorists in his friends and family.
