I have tried to explain to some relatives that getting rid of affirmative action and firing those who constantly ramble on about historic systems oppression is better for blacks in the long run. Definitely better for whites and Asians because they can actually get a fair shot. I do think reversing the obsession with diversity and inclusion is possible but it’ll take a while
