Also, "marginalized" seems to imply an active act, not necessarily just an outcome. So you could argue the "privileged" groups like men or whites are more marginalized, since it's more socially acceptable and encouraged to, well, marginalize them.

Kind of ironic, if you try to actually marginalize a "marginalized" group, everyone jumps down your throat. Clearly, these groups that the current system protects to unreasonable degrees are the real victims, the real underclass.

It's a stupid and pointless term, that just means protected class that is deemed friendly in aggregate to the regime.
