Which ruins any merit this experiment might have. "Are we capable of uplifting a female player to competitive viability?" is actually an interesting question, but only if you're talking about female players.
There have been dozens of female esports teams across basically every game that has an esports scene with any money in it.
The answer has been a resounding No everytime. Not "well the team didn't work but this one girl on it was good!" Just straight No and all of them barely lasted a few games before the oppression of getting owned that hard caused them to dissolve everytime.
One of my favorite League of Legends stories was the time a pro team played a woman's team and banned 5 support champs in the game. It was genuinely effective and not against any rules but they still got punished for doing it.
Its the same when suddenly banter and trash talk, a key part of most sports and their psychological game, are banned and evil if there are women opponents.
Women have easy weaknesses across the board that are easy for any man who wants to win to exploit.
Don't get me started on Starcraft 2 as one of the best players is a tranny called Scarlett , it's impossible to say anything negative about that "woman" without getting a bunch of mouth breathing white knights jumping down your throat because deep down they crave some femboy bussy.

At this point multiplayer games are basically single player games that happen to have other people around.
