Yup, I used to play that game all the time; loved how you could use the mob to destroy property and threaten tenants. That was a favourite along with GTA London, X-Com Apocalypse and Krazy Ivan. Man, that really brings back memories -- we also had Ecstatica 2 around that time and Destruction Derby. What a diverse selection of games.
