In that recent dumpster fire of a Marvel production, She-Hulk - an admitted self-insert fantasy for the writer - She-Hulk makes fun of Captain America for being a virgin, and it's supposed to be a joke you laugh along with. It was obviously just the middle-aged writer putting a random thought she had into the script.
