It's piling it on pretty thick.

He's "extra mean" in code reviews (because you suck). Getting angry that he won't talk to her. Someone who's obviously a diversity hire complaining about someone pointing that out and attacking 'virgin white men'.

It's not impossible that this is what actually happened, but I'd say the likelihood is pretty low. This is what I would write if I wanted to make fun of female diversity hires.
