If China did the virus, that's an attack on America and people rally around their leadership when attacked.

That's why calling it the China or Wuhan Virus was "racist". Remember how desperate they were to label it covid when every other virus is named after where it was found? So we didn't get defensive and vote Trump.

I remember how it was so forbidden that reddit quarantined the Wuhan Flu subreddit.

But saying “chinese have filthy eating habits and probably created this from eating raw bat soup” was somehow OK!
