In what way does this dude look "inbred"? He has none of the typical markers.

Also, Whites are not the most inbred race. Not in the US and certainly not worldwide.

True, they accuse others of what they're guilty of. They claim their political opponents are inbred, and yet the left/globalists push incest porn. It's so ridiculously transparent that they'd have to willfully ignore the hypocrisy to even post "inbred" as an insult against anyone on the right.
